Do you have packaged prices?

Because we host such a wide variety of events, our prices vary. A couple of things we consider are type of event, length of event, and type of event. Please reach out and we can provide you with a formal quote. 

What is included in my rental?

Our staff provides set-up/ tear-down for all of our rentals livestock and private parties alike. For our livestock events, ring pellets, bleachers, and on-site staff are all included in your rental. Private parties have many add-on options such as tables, chairs, stage, and various decorative elements.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We book up to two years in advance. Dates are always available on a first-come first-serve basis. 

Is food and alcohol allowed?

Lessees always have the option to bring in their own food and beverages, however, all applicable state and local permitting requirements must be followed.

Is security required?

We do require security at all events in which alcohol is being consumed.

Do you have electrical hookups?

We do not have any electrical hookups onsite; however, Woodward Elks Rodeo Arena is right across the street. We would be happy to provide you with contact information regarding hookups.
